What is bridging finance?
 
Bridging finance allows you access to funds which are owing to you from a property related transaction, but which may only become available to you in the future.
 
Once you have sold your property, you will only acquire the proceeds from the sale after registration of the sale at the Deeds Office.
Once your Mortgage Bond has been approved, you will only acquire the proceeds from the Bond after registration of the Bond at the Deeds Office.
 
The Registration process can take up to 5 months or more, but Londonbridge can provide you with access to your funds long before Registration.
