London Bridge - Bridging Finance

Q	I've just sold my house. How can Londonbridge help me?
A	Londonbridge will advance up to 80% of your sale proceeds within 24 hours of receiving the required information. No more waiting for registration to take place – now you will be assured of receiving your proceeds quickly and easily.

Q	How do your rates work?
A	We charge a monthly rate of 2.75%, but for your benefit the rate is calculated daily, on the amount we advance to you. We also charge a once off initiation fee of 1% of the advanced amount with a minimum charge of R500.00 and a maximum of R1000(excluding Vat).

Q	When do you pay me my money?
A	Londonbridge will liaise directly with your conveyancing attorney to ensure that all our application requirements are met. Once we have all the required information we make payment to your conveyancing attorney, who will also be responsible to pay Londonbridge back on registration of your property.

After submitting documents to you late on Monday afternoon, we were absolutely stunned yesterday morning to already find your email confirmation- complete with copies of correspondence to the Conveyances - on our system!

When submitting the application for bridging funds on behalf of a client to you after closing time (1745 on Monday) we anticipated a reply sometime on Wednesday. What a surprise to find a positive response on my system that came in at 2200 the very same night! A turnaround time of just over 4 hours for an after-hour application, is not only unusual but absolutely amazing.
